- Clear-Com (2001): Started in Application Sales designing intercom solutions before leading Customer Operations. Transitioned to Business Systems Project Manager, where I led the global rollout of Salesforce and Eloqua.
- Oracle (6+ Years): Designed and implemented large-scale CX solutions for 50+ EMEA enterprises, specializing in bespoke lead nurturing, data integration, and personalized customer journeys.
- Meister (2022): Led the marketing technology stack build-out. Partnered with Marketing Ops to automate workflows that significantly boosted execution speed, deliverability, and full-funnel engagement.
- CloudNurture (2024–Present): Founded an agnostic consultancy to provide best-in-class MarTech solutions. I specialize in scaling platforms like Braze, HubSpot, and Salesforce to meet dynamic client needs.
I’m thankful to my family and some key colleagues for the incredible opportunity to live and work in the UK, Germany, and France, where I currently call home. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing drums, cooking spicy dishes, diving into Nordic Noir novels and series, or hitting the Alpine trails with my black lab, Charlie.
